Pre orders
Gotcha Geek are committed to getting your pre-orders to you as soon as possible. All the information you need regarding our approach to pre-orders is detailed below:
- Orders that contain pre-order items will only be picked and dispatched once all of the items in the order are in stock.
- If your order is awaiting a pre-order item, the other items won’t be re-sold. So if one of the items you are awaiting on goes out of stock, this won’t include the one that is already reserved for you.
- For products with a strict release date the orders will be sent out the day before release.
- We will alway try to get your orders out for release date but sometimes delays happen on new lines, As soon as we have the stock it will be dispatch inline with release dates or if released date has pass ASAP.
- release dates are estimate and can be changed at any time by the manufacturer.
